If you are a State of Nevada Employee who makes purchases, requisitions, bid solicitations, receipts, invoicing, etc in NevadaEPro this section is for you. If you are not, please see the next section for vendors.

Q: I'm a State Employee and have a question regarding NevadaEPro, Who do I contact:
A: You can call or Email the helpdesk - (775) 684-0176 or purchasinghelpdesk@admin.nv.gov (STATE EMPLOYEES ONLY)

Q: I’m locked out of my account. What do I do?
A: Email Purchasinghelpdesk@admin.nv.gov. Let them know that you are locked out of your account. They will unlock your account and reset your password. A temporary password will be emailed to you. Make sure to clear all your Cache/Cookies and saved passwords prior to logging in as your system may still try to pull your previously saved password.

Q: Is there a Training Manual or Trainings available?
A: We have “how to” walkthroughs located on our TEAMS Channel. PURCH - NevadaEPro Resources - General\How To Walkthroughs. If you do not have access to the TEAMS channel, please email the purchasinghelpdesk@admin.nv.gov. Only Current State Employee’s who have State of Nevada TEAMS can access this resource.

FAQ-Vendors, Non-State Employees, and Business Owners ONLY: 

Are you a Vendor and would like to do business with the State of Nevada? If so you will need to register with NevadaEPro and the State Controller's office.

 Click on the following Links to register:
* NevadaEPro Vendor Registration  - Receive bid solicitation notices, provide Quotes to bids, and do business with the State of Nevada. 

* State Controller's Office  - Receive payment from the State of Nevada for services.

Current Solicitations

As of January 23, 2018, all solicitation opportunities are posted in NevadaEPro, the State's electronic procurement portal, and are not listed on the purchasing website. Please visit NevadaEPro to register and view current solicitations. Current solicitations can be viewed without registering by clicking the magnifying glass (search) and then clicking on Open Bids in the middle of the screen.
