Preferred Purchase Program

Contract Overview

These are non-profit community-training centers (CTC) that service people with intellectual and physical disabilities providing employment, vocational training and job placement through their different work centers and programs.

The CTCs provide a wide range of services including:

  • Cookies;
  • Janitorial and housekeeping services;
  • Mailing services;
  • Package and assembly;
  • Poly bagging;
  • Production of promotional materials;
  • Sewing; and
  • Shrink wrapping.

Agencies should contact the organizations and negotiate programs directly.

Costs will vary depending on the scope of work.

Agencies will be billed directly by the organization for the services provided.

Permissive Users

These contracts may be used by the Nevada System of Higher Education, the Court System, the Legislative Counsel Bureau and all Political Subdivisions within the State of Nevada.
Ordering Instructions One time orders can be processed direct by the using agency or through NevadaEPro. On going service or large projects should have a written Service Agreement between the Using Agency and the Contractor to govern the relationship.

Supported Living Solutions employs disabled adults in their program selling furniture, delivery/moving furniture, and hauling off of old furniture/trash outs for State Funded group homes/living arrangements. This service is also available to families who qualify for these supports through a state agency but do not live in a state funded supported living arrangement. They provide office furniture, desks, chairs, cubicles, cabinets, etc. to State Agencies.
