COVID-19 Sample Collection - Community Based Collection and Rapid Response Collection Support

Contract Overview

Contractor may provide COVID-19 test collection or vaccination services including mobile sites, facility-based services, and community-based services for State agencies and other governments entities in Nevada (Customer) on an as needed basis.

Permissive Users

These contracts shall be permissive for State agencies located in geographic regions serviced by the contract. The University and Community College System, the Court System, the Legislative Counsel Bureau, Political Subdivisions (i.e., cities, counties, school districts, etc.), and tribal nations may use the contract(s); however, they are not required to do so.

Ordering Instructions	One time orders can be processed direct by the using agency or through NevadaEPro. On going service or large projects should have a written Service Agreement between the Using Agency and the Contractor to govern the relationship.
