Public Record Information

Public records for Solicitations are posted at the time the Notice of Award is issued and will remain posted for 30 days.

To request other public records than those provided below, please click the online Public Record Request Form and complete all required information. Public Records requests are posted on this page within 5 business days from the date the record becomes available. In the event a Public Record request requires additional information, additional time, or the information does not exist, the requestor will be contacted by this office.

To view a document in PDF format, select the "View" next to the appropriate ID number. Note: Please wait for PDF files to open, for this can take several minutes because of their larger sizes. Optionally, you can right click the file and save the target PDF to your desktop.
