Building Cleaning and Sanitizing Services
This solicitation provides access to multiple pre-qualified vendors for the purpose of contracting for the following Services:
Vendor may provide Janitorial Services similar to regularly scheduled office, classroom, building cleanliness
Vendors may provide services related to common infectious disease sanitation.
Vendors may supply the state with commodities and or services under this solicitation where the safety and well being of state citizens is at risk.
These contracts may be used by the Nevada System of Higher Education, the Court System, the Legislative Counsel Bureau and all Political Subdivisions within the State of Nevada.

Agencies should collect at least three (3) quotes that must be solicited from Vendors awarded as distributors from this RFQ. Quoting should be done through NevadaEPro.com Mini-Bid process in partnership with the Purchasing Division.
Additional instructions are available on the Scope of Work (SOW) Document found in NevadaEpro under the contract link below.
Mini-Bid process shall allow vendors three (3) full days to submit response to each agency requested SOW and Cost quote requests.
Agencies shall send their request using the SOW Document with both the Work Request Form 1 and 2 completed to NVPurch@admin.nv.gov.
Agencies will be responsible for awarding lowest cost vendor, unless otherwise approved by Purchasing Administrator.
Pursuant to NAC 333.114, the Department of Administration, Purchasing Division Administrator retains the authority to authorize an emergency contract as he or she determines that the emergency purchase is in the best interests of the State.
